The production process of the semi-automatic pulp molding production line for the industrial pack: first the worker will weigh the raw material and put them on the hydrapulper. Then the pulp will be discharged and adjusted to certain consistency. The products will be formed (molded) on the forming machines with the effect of the vacuum and compressed air. Then worker will receive the wet blank from the forming machine by hand and bring them to the dryer or outside for sun drying. The products should be hot pressed after drying (it will be done in hot pressing process by worker) according to the customer requirement. If hot pressing is not required, it can be packed and stored in the warehouse directly after drying.Some products need edge-cutting after hot pressing, such as inner pack for the mobile, camera and other top class products. The cutting procedure is done by worker. The customer can choose it according to practical situation.
The difference between the automatic production line and semi-automatic production line is the latter requires more workers to operate by manual in the forming and drying process. So compared with automatic lines, more labor should be involved in the production and the labour intensity is higher.
There are five types of the semi-automatic pulp molding production line for industrial pack as follows: P-WY type production line,P-W2Y type production line,P-W3Y type production line,P-W4Y type production line, P-W5Y type production line. The main difference between them lies in the capacity.
