Main machine
Main machine: ZJW-7080,1set; forming platen,1set; hot pressing platen,1set; platen size:800×700mm. there are electric heating device inside the up forming platen and both up and down hot pressing platen; Total power of main machine: about 65kw. After forming the wet products will be transferred onto the hot pressing molds for drying and hot pressing.the forming ,drying and hot pressing will be finished automatically and continously.and then the finished products will be carried out automatically.production efficiency:45-70seconds/cycle.equiped with vacuum auto drain system ,auto mold cleaning system and control cabinet.
Edge cutter
Used for the triming and tidying of the products.it can be selected according to the pratical requirement.

Vacuum pump,18.5kw,1set; air compressing system: air compressor (15kw,1set), air dryer, air filter,air storage tank.
