Main machine
Main machine: ZJF-6250,2sets; forming platen,2sets; hot pressing platen,4sets; platen size:620×500mm. there are electric heating device inside the up forming platen and both up and down hot pressing platens; Total power of main machine: about 55kw×2. After forming the wet products will be transferred onto the two hot pressing molds alternatively for drying and hot pressing.the forming ,drying and hot pressing will be finished automatically and continously.and then the finish products will be carried out automatically.production efficiency of each machine:30-60seconds/cycle.equiped with vacuum auto drain system ,auto mold cleaning system and control cabinet.
Edge cutter
Used for the triming and tidying of the producs.it can be selected according to the pratical requirement.

Production line occupation:about100m2.Requirement for the worksop: height ≥4.5m,width≥5m,length≥20m.

Production capacity: 45-70seconds/cycle for ZJW-7080 and 30-60seconds per cycle for ZJF-6250.(the capacity might be different due to different products)
