Main machine
Main machine ZJW-7080, 6sets; forming platen,6sets; hot pressing platen,6sets;platen size:800×700mm;there are electric heating device inside the up forming platen and both up and down hot pressing platen; Total power of main machine: about 65kw×6 . After forming the wet products will be transferred onto hot pressing molds for drying and hot pressing.
Sterilizing line
And then it will be cut and disinfected automatically.The forming,drying,hot pressing,cutting ,disinfecting process will be finished automtically and continously and the finished products will come out directly. Production efficiency:40-45seconds/cycle.Equiped with vacuum auto drainage system,auto mold cleaning system and control cabinet.
